First 4 months of operations of MBA Consult Mexico exceeded our expectations and forecasts

Today, our Mexican branch cooperates with 7 clients – big lending players, and provides the best in class debt collection services. MBA Consult Mexico already proved the ability to perform with high efficiency, at first, on the late dpd portfolios (360+), and now – on portfolios very early dpd accounts (0+). 
This July, the Group started rolling out investment projects in Mexico with the first NPL portfolio purchase. MBA Consult has a firm plan to invest in the acquisition of NPL portfolios and to support Mexican financial companies during current difficult times.

“Therefore, summing up the first results we can definitely say that entering the Lat Am market was not just right, it was perfectly timed. We are faced with the fact that financial institutions urgently need a reliable partner for working with NPLs that can provide highly efficient operational processes for debt collection and moreover to invest in non-preforming debt portfolios. And we can offer the win-win scenarios to lenders, and support the economy,” said Viktor Vodenko, the Global CEO of MBA Consult Group.

The notable success of the company from the very start sets a new challenge for the company – in October, MBA Consult Mexico launches an additional call center.

“Since the first months of operations, MBA Consult Mexico has been providing its clients with consistently highly effective professional service, which is proven by the top positions in internal clients’ rankings. Therefore, we decided to open another call center for 100 operators. Today, our HR Team is busy recruiting and training new employees. With the rapidly increasing volume of cases at work, the new call center will help to maintain the efficiency of debt collection at a very high level,” commented Vasiliy Nazarov, the Regional Director of Latin America.
